Our goal at Blaze-N-Dee is simple. Blaze-N-Dee will assist and teach you on how to put into place the best ISO system for your organization. We can assist in writing your manuals, or we will teach you and your employees the importance and technique of writing a good and useful quality manual. Blaze-N-Dee stands by the belief that in order for ISO to work for you, you and your employees need to understand ISO and most importantly, understand what ISO can do for you and your organization. We don't try to sell you on the fact that we make ISO simple. We pride ourselves in the knowledge that we help simplify ISO so that you and all of your employees understand the concept of ISO and understand why ISO will help you and your employees in your day-to-day operation. We teach the concept that ISO will enhance your overall quality system.

Implementing or enhancing your ISO system takes time and dedication and can't be taught in one day. ISO is a system that grows as your overall quality system grows. Internal Audit

Blaze-N-Dee will teach you how your Internal Audit system can be a powerful tool for improvement within your organization. We will show you that assessment of your internal quality management systems will play a vital role in maintaining consistent standards of quality and improving an organization's quality system. Internal audits are one of the most important parts of your quality system.

Blaze-N-Dee will train your Internal Auditors or we can conduct the internal audit for you. Element 8.2.2 clearly states that “the Organization shall conduct internal audits at planned intervals to determine whether the quality management system”:

1. Conforms to the planned arrangements (7.1) to the requirements of this Internal Standard and the Quality Management system requirements established by the organization.
2. Is effectively implemented and maintain.

Auditors at Blaze-N-Dee are RABQSA Certified Lead Auditors and are experts in conduction internal audits. We will also teach and instruct your employees how to conduct an in-depth internal audit. Your Internal Auditors will be equipped with the knowledge and techniques to conduct a thorough process internal audit.

Companies with limited employees face an uphill battle in conducting internal audits. 8.2.2. of the ISO 9001-2000 standards clearly states, “Auditors shall not audit their own work.” For companies with a large employee base, internal audits may not be difficult to perform, however, companies with limited employees find it difficult to conduct good in-depth internal audits.

Blaze-N-Dee is very capable of organizing, conducting, and writing the audit reports you need. We will also give you the feedback that will allow you to gain the knowledge and confidence to satisfy 8.2.2 of the ISO standards. This will allow your company to meet the requirements that your customers are looking for. Internal audits are a great way of measuring your company's growth.

Management Commitment

Clause 5.1 of ISO 9000-2000 clearly states that, “Top management shall provide evidence of its commitment to the development and implementation of quality management systems and continually improving its effectiveness” by:

1. Establishing the quality policy.
2. Ensuring that quality objectives are established.
3. Conducting management review.
4. Ensure the availability of resources.

5.6 Management Review

Management Review requires both input and output to be reported on and recorded at all management review meetings. The input and output are key indicators of the growth and maturity of your ISO system. We will help you prepare for your Management Review Meeting, or if requested or needed, we will conduct your Management Review Meetings for you. We will also help you evaluate the input and output and assist in preparing your next Management Review. Gauging your input and output will help your company to determine areas of opportunity for improvement.
